the world for sacramental preparation. They can be used by Catechists to
help reinforce teaching or as a method of encouraging discussion in
small groups.
"I
have used the Baptism course for 5 months and have personally witnessed
the profound effect on couples. This is really good material and engages
with people as it broadens out their faith horizons."

Baptism
An engaging series
which uses a variety of ways to unwrap this Sacrament.
Teaching from Archbishop Vincent Nichols is complemented with:
commentary from David Payne (a parent of three children) , the hopes and
concerns of parents, and humour from infant school children. Parents
watching have been surprised by the modern approach to the filming of
this video course and are challenged by its teaching. Many parishes are
also using sections of this for preparation for first Holy Communion and
Reconciliation and is also being used in schools.

Parents - You, Your
Children and their Catholic Faith
This
very accessible series aims to encourage parents to consider the
spirituality of their children. It is a moving and humorous look at,
not only how parents can teach their children, but how they can learn
from the simplicity of a childlike faith. It can be used as an
excellent way to encourage parents to take a deeper look at their own
journey of faith. Three of the talks look at Baptism, Reconciliation and
the Mass.
